- Vinyasa Flow in the morning and gentle restorative yoga in the evening: Audrey Gordon, certified instructor, will share her techniques with you during her daily classes.
- Fred Miserez, a certified Yoga Alliance instructor, will give daily Vinyasa class in the morning and Yin Yoga class in the evening.
Package includ :
- 4 or 5 nights with breakfast.
- Homemade welcoming drink.
- One yoga session in the morning and one in the afternoon (total of 10 or 8).

Typical planning of the week
Arrival day :
- From 3pm : Arriving of the participants.
- 5pm : Presentation of the week and yoga session.
- 5.30pm to 6.30 pm: 1st yoga group.
- 6.45 to 7.45pm: 2nd yoga group.
- 8.15pm : Vegetarian dinner at the restaurant.
During the week :
- 7.30am to 8.30am : 1st yoga group.
- 8.45am to 9.45am: 2nd yoga group.
- 7.30am to 10.30am: Buffet breakfast.
- 10am to 4pm: Free time.
- 4pm to 5pm: 1st yoga class.
- 5.15pm to 6.15pm: 2nd yoga class.
- 6.30pm : Vegetarian dinner at the restaurant.
Friday :
- 7.30am to 8.30am : 1st yoga group.
- 8.45am to 9.45am: 2nd yoga group.
- 7.30am to 10.30am: Buffet breakfast.
- 12pm : Departure.
