The Chandolin Boutique Hotel has been under the management of Caroline Adler since April 2020. Originally from Geneva and graduated of the Lausanne Hotel School (EHL), she has extensive experience in managing mountain and luxury establishments, both in Switzerland and abroad. A passionate hotelier, she is recognised for her dynamism and her commitment to sustainability, working closely with local producers and incorporating short supply chains through the Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance, as well as Saveurs du Valais, Fait Maison and Swiss Wine.

She has also shared the role of co-chair of the Valais Hotel Association’s Val d’Anniviers branch equally since January 2024.

As the hotel’s ambassador, she aims to transform every stay into a personalised and warm experience. Her philosophy is based on a people-centred management style, working closely with her staff to foster a ‘lifestyle’ where traditional barriers fade away in favour of human relationships. She is also involved in training apprentices from the Sion School of Commerce and Crafts, as well as interns from Swiss and international hospitality schools.

On 1 June 2026, she took over the management of Le Chalet Restaurant, located next to the hotel and owned by the same proprietor, Esteban Garcia, and the company Real Mountain SA.
